2009-2010 Club Goals

The following are the 2008-2009 Goals for the Des Moines Rotary Club. These goals are not in any order of priority, but are a reflection of our Club's diverse and comprehensive contribution to the community and world in which we live.

Goal 1: Add (2) new members to our Club

Goal 2: Develop at least (3) "hands on" community service projects

Goal 3: Participate in (2) International projects

Goal 4: Contribute $100 per member, and $5500 total to the Rotary Foundation

Goal 5: Hold a minimum of (3) Club social events

Goal 6: Increase by 10%, the amount generated from fund raising events and contributed to Club projects and charities

Goal 7: Increase media exposure

Goal 8: Improve new member orientation

Goal 9: Engage every member in a club committee and fund raising projects

Goal 10: Engage in (2) projects with the Mt. Rainier Interact Group

Goal 11: Participate in (4) educational projects

Goal 12: Update website on a quarterly basis and add new features

Goal 13: Increase volunteer support for Program Committee Chair
